The Dancing Oaks is a moderately sized home with an open floor plan that still feels intimate and cozy. There is ample room and space for everyone although the design is just over 2,00 square feet of area. The great room flows into the contemporary dining room that spills over into the spacious kitchen. The master bedroom suite is also situated on the first floor. Although the second floor has two bedrooms, it also offers two loft spaces that could incorporate a book nook, small studio or office space. The large 8-foot doghouse dormers of the loft make the space more functional with more head height over 6 feet.
As designed, the garage is located in the walk-out basement, as well as laundry facilities, an additional bath, mechanicals and a full office.
